πŸ—“οΈ TOPIK in Korea and Overseas

In Korea, the TOPIK test is held six times a year:
January, April, May, July, October, and November.

That means you have many chances to take the test if you're living in Korea!

But what about outside of Korea

If you're living overseas, here's how to take TOPIK:

  1. Check if the test is available in your country
    – Not all countries offer all test dates. Usually, TOPIK is held once or twice a year overseas.
    – Visit the official site: www.topik.go.kr
  2. Find the local test center
    – Most Korean embassies or Korean cultural centers (KCC) provide TOPIK information.
    – You can also ask your Korean language school!
  3. Apply early!
    – Overseas registration often opens 2–3 months before the test.
    – Places fill up quickly, so don’t wait too long.
  4. Prepare using past tests
    – On topik.go.kr, you can download previous exams for free.
    – Practice with the same format as the real test.

πŸ’‘ Tip:
Make sure your passport name matches exactly when you register. It's important for ID verification!
